1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, accessing, or using Publixy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must provide accurate account information.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Your content and connected accounts

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create in Publixy. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, schedule, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service for you.

You may connect only social accounts and Pages that you are authorized to manage. By connecting a Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn account, you authorize Publixy to act on your behalf using the permissions you approve during the connection flow. You remain responsible for all content published through your connected accounts and for compliance with the terms, policies, and community standards of Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other platform you connect, including Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram's Community Guidelines, and LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies.

You must not use Publixy to circumvent or violate the rules of any connected platform. We reserve the right to suspend features or your account if we determine that your use risks violating applicable platform policies.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Publixy to:

• break the law or infringe another person's rights;
• publish harmful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful content;
• send spam, manipulate engagement, or evade platform safeguards;
• interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer it except where law permits; or
• upload malware or content you do not have the right to use.

5. AI-assisted features

AI-generated suggestions are provided for assistance only. You must review them before publishing and are responsible for their accuracy, legality, originality, and suitability. Publixy does not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, unique, or accepted by a third- party platform.

6. Third-party services

Publixy integrates with third-party services that we do not control. Their availability, permissions, policies, APIs, and publishing rules can change. We are not responsible for a third party's acts, outages, moderation decisions, or changes to its services. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms.

7. Service changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or service improvement. We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability or that scheduled content will always publish at a particular time.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for Publixy or others, or are required to do so by law. You may stop using Publixy at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Publixy is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, Publixy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date. If a change is material, we will give additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
